Project Manager
As a residential project superintendent, Jeremy oversees and manages all aspects of his assigned project. He coordinates and supervises construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets and maintaining quality standards. He collaborates with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to resolve any issues during construction. Additionally, he monitors safety protocols, ensures compliance with building codes and regulations, and communicates progress updates to upper management to convey progress to project owners and stakeholders. Overall, Jeremey plays a crucial role in ensuring residential construction projects' successful and timely completion.
Jeremy formally joined the company in 2023, after many years of being employed as a subcontractor. He brings a bevy of skills to the company that will create additional value for our current and future clients. As the Project Superintendent, he will be the first Ridgeway Homes employee or representative that clients will meet upon visiting their project. Years of medical equipment sales experience and owning and operating his own property maintenance business have allowed Jeremy to develop excellent communication skills along with the ability to explain complex issues or convey information to allow the individuals he is conversing with to visualize and comprehend the subject matter being discussed.
